Cancellations

⚠️PLEASE be aware that there are TWO different paths for cancelling your subscription, depending on whether you purchased online or through the app stores.⚠️

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing, but does not retroactively refund charges that have already been processed.

Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

In limited situations, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

Approval of a refund is not guaranteed.

Timing & Processing

Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

Please allow reasonable time for cancellation requests to process.

Access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
